Is Mitchell IT a professionally certified business?

Yes Mitchell IT, has a Microsoft Certified Professional who is a Small Business Specialist. Josh is also a DLINK Certified Engineer.

In addition to our certifications, Josh has been working in the industry for ten years in the following fields:

Can I employ Mitchell IT on a once-off basis?

Certainly, Josh will come to any site to resolve problems on a one off basis. You can also use Mitchell IT, to make a recommendation, or offer a second opinion.

How much does Mitchell IT charge for service?

For Onsite service to business:

• Initial Callout (covers first 30 minutes) $77.00 inc GST
• Following hours are billed @ $77.00 inc GST / hr

For Remote Control Service:

• Initial Dial-in (covers first 15 minutes) $33.00 inc GST
• Following hours are billed @ $66.00 inc GST / hr

For Inhouse Service:

• Initial Inspection and Recommendation for Repair: $33.00 inc GST
• Repairs are based on work needed to repair: $33.00 inc GST increments
• Please ask for quote when you call.
• Parts are not included in service fee.

Can I purchase a gift certificate for someone?

Yes you can purchase a gift certificate by credit card. Simply follow this link, and input the amount of funds you would like to credit the gift certificate, and make your payment. We track all certificates purchased, so if you lose it, don't be worried we can make you a new one.
