Read on for specific help in setting up software which will allow me to remote access your computer.
Logmein Remote Software:
- Visit http://www.logmein.com and click on ‘Create an Account’
- Choose the first option, and click Continue
- Fill out your details, and make sure to right down your email & password (you will need this later); click Continue
- Click on Add Computer or Add New Computer
- Click on ‘Install Logmein” button, make sure to agree with all prompts from this point forward
- When installing the software, don’t forget to right down any passwords you typed in
- When the install finishes, email me (using Contact Me page), the following details:
- Email address and password (from step 3)
- Any passwords you typed in during install
- Also the username & password used when you login to your computer for the day
Once I have this data, we can start working on the computer problem.

START then All Programs \ Accessories \ Communications \ Remote Desktop Application
